CNRS

Three CNRS laboratories are involved in the TRIUMPH project (GeePs UMR8507, IPVF UMR9006 and ILV UMR8180).

In association with the research organisation IPVF, the partner responsible for WP5 “Characterization, device modeling and energy yield predictions”, the CNRS laboratories are participating in the advanced physico-chemical, optoelectronic and electrical characterisation of multijunctions, and more particularly the “key” layers that constitute the future device (perovskites, HTL/ETL….).

CNRS is also involved in electrical modelling in collaboration with EDF, IPVF and ALUF, with the aim of gaining a better understanding of losses in Pk/Si multijunctions.
