In TRIUMPH, SALD B.V. brings in its extensive know-how on damage-free deposition of thin functional films. Together with TRIUMPH project partners, SALD develops tunnel recombination junctions that form the electrical contact between the absorber layers. Besides developing these materials and related processes, SALD works on integrating them in solar cells and the subsequent scale-up to large area cells.
